Introduction To Expressive Voicework

by | Mar 29, 2024 | Self Expression & Confidence Building

This video speaks to one particular group of people I work with: those who feel blocked, scared, silenced, or disconnected from their voice. If you’ve struggled with fear, self-doubt, emotional tension, or the sense that your voice has been shut down over time, this is for you.
It doesn’t describe all of my clients — many come to me confidently, creatively driven, or already performing — but for the ones who need deep emotional and expressive support, this work is often the key that unlocks everything.

“Nature loves courage. You make the commitment and nature will respond to that commitment by removing impossible obstacles. Dream the impossible dream and the world will not grind you under, it will lift you up. This is the trick. This is what all these teachers and philosophers who really counted, who really touched the alchemical gold, this is what they understood. This is the shamanic dance in the waterfall. This is how magic is done. By hurling yourself into the abyss and discovering it’s a feather bed.”   ― Terence McKenna

Welcome to my space for singers and artists — a place to explore the voice, creativity, and the deeper layers of expression.
I write from my perspective as a vocal coach and artist-development mentor, sharing ideas, techniques, and reflections from inside the work.

If something here moves you, provokes you, or opens a door for your singing, you’re always welcome to reach out.
